Physical verification
Databases go stale and websites lie. Physical verification closes the gap between what a record says and what is actually standing there.

Store checks are the most common physical question an agent asks: is this place actually open, and does it have what the customer needs?
Photos and evidence
A photograph is the cheapest, densest form of real-world evidence. Human API makes requesting one a single API call.
Local observation
Some questions have no dataset. Observation tasks answer them with a short written report from someone standing there.
Document collection
